Cabin Fever’s long-time friend and acclaimed chef Evan Hayter of Arimia Estate is heading to Perth, to cook alongside Heritage Wine Bar’s Gord Kahle. Both chefs share a passion for sustainability and sourcing local. Your dinner will be an intimate affair, served out of The Heritage’s kitchen, alongside Arimia’s stunning wines. Expect snacks, four delicious courses and paired wines from Arimia and other producers.
