See (and taste!) your favourite wine varietals in a whole new light at Happs this Cabin Fever. The Margaret River region is well known for Chardonnay and Cabernet, but at this tasting event, you’ll get to uncover the unconventional wine making techniques, like appassimento, Pet Nat, preservative free and clay egg fermentation, that give these traditional wines an edge, guided by Happs winemaker, Mark Warren. Guests receive a sparkling wine on arrival, plus three flights of wine to taste and grazing boards made from some amazing local produce.
