This winter, stay in hibernation.

April 6, 2020

Hey Cabin Fever friends, we’re reaching out with some sad news about this year’s event. Like most events across the globe, we had to make the decision to cancel Cabin Fever for 2020. We’re devastated by this as we know the event provides some much-needed respite from the winter blues and is usually the perfect antidote to cabin fever, which we’ll all be feeling more than ever this year!

We’d normally be filling your feeds with drool-worthy events right about now, however given the current state of affairs, it’s not the time to be going on sale with events within the next few months, nor is there any certainty that we’ll be in a position to host you in the Margaret River region by July.

This year instead, we’re asking you to start your hibernation early. Stay home, don’t break up with your doona. Support local producers and businesses. Make soap your best friend.

While you’re doing that, we’re looking at fun (and delicious) ways we can work with some of your  favourite producers, venues and chefs to bring some isolation-friendly Cabin Fever experiences to you instead, so stay tuned!

We’ll also be working extra hard to bring you an epic line-up of events for 2021.

Our thoughts are with all of you! We know many of you are probably experiencing a real and actual onset of Cabin Fever as we do our bit and #stayhome. If you have an idea about how we can help alleviate your cabin fever, hit us up on Facebook or Instagram. We’d love to hear your ideas and will do what we can to help!

Until the next fireside beverage, stay sane!
