Indulge your primal side, with a six-course degustation series designed by award-winning Oakridge Estate Chef Matt Stone and local culinary master Aaron Carr. Winemaker Dave Bicknell will be flying over from Oakridge too and working alongside Tony Davis of Snake + Herring to pick your wines for the occasion. Your degustation embraces six kinds of game, from kangaroo and emu to quail, duck and venison, all prepared in Yarri’s open fire and paired with delectable wines. Along the way, you’ll get to engage with your hosts with a bit of fun in a six-round quiz. (It's safe to say this one probably isn't suitable for vegetarians.)
