This long table banquet stars high-quality, locally sourced pork, lamb and beef ribs, as well as smoking and rubbing secrets shared by the smoked rib master himself, Chef Matt Almond. Guests can choose whether to enjoy Clairault Streicker wines matched with their ribs. Roaring fire included.
