Sensei Miki is back with one of his exclusive masterclasses! Chef Mikihito Nagai will be teaching you how to make his famous ramen, which you'll get to enjoy for lunch as well. During the COVID lockdown Miki's Open Kitchen received so much support from the local community who loved Miki’s Ramen and returned for it many times. Teaching the secret of his ramen to these guests is Miki's way of saying thank you. You'll learn the history of ramen, the various styles, how to build your soup, which noodles to use, and the perfect slurping technique!
